The tour will give a detailed (read: nerdy) explanation of the Circular Economy at work inside of The Plant.We'll see Plant Chicago's aquaponic system, a mushroom farm, the brewery, bakery, coffee roaster, outdoor farms and the anaerobic digester.
4:00-5:30pm Happy Hour on EDF at the Wheiner Beer Company (on-site at the Plant)
